  2. The campaign will be carried out at events, Ellyt.eu in the online store <\/strong>and\u00a0product resellers <\/strong>in stores in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.<\/li>\n

  4. All customers aged 14 and over who are not employees of Premium Brands O\u00dc or their family members can participate in the campaign.<\/li>\n

  9. To use the snack credit, the winner will be sent a unique code that can be used once in the Organizer's online store www.ellyt.eu\/pood

    Vietnam Travel Campaign 2025<\/h3>\n

    1. The campaign is organized and carried out by Premium Brands O\u00dc<\/strong> (Vae 4, Laagri 76401, Harju County; hereinafter referred to as the organizer).<\/li>\n
    2. The campaign is being carried out\u00a0Ellyt online store and product resellers<\/strong> in stores in Estonia and Finland.<\/li>\n
    3. Campaign period 01.09.2025-15.12.2025 also Extended campaign period. New period 1.09.2025 \u2013 31.01.2026<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. The campaign is open to all customers aged 14 and over who are not employees of Premium Brands O\u00dc or their family members. If a participant under 18 wins the grand prize trip to Vietnam, they are required to pass the prize on to someone aged at least 18.<\/li>\n
    5. To participate in the campaign<\/strong> You must purchase Ellyt products (hereinafter referred to as campaign products), scan the QR code on the product and register as a participant in the campaign by entering the purchase receipt number.<\/li>\n
    6. When purchasing multiple campaign products, the purchase is considered one and the customer participates in the raffle campaign with a single registration.<\/li>\n
    7. Campaign participant's email address\u00a0will be added to the Ellyt newsletter<\/strong> a list of recipients, from which the participant can leave at any time using the \u201cUnsubscribe\u201d link.<\/li>\n
    8. Campaign Organizer\u00a0will draw 1 box of Ellyt products every week among all registrants, 1 snack credit worth \u20ac100 once a month, and after the end of the campaign, the grand prize is a free 10-day trip to Vietnam with the Ellyt team. <\/strong><\/li>\n
    9. Ellyt product raffles are taking place <\/strong>every Monday among those who joined the campaign last week. The \u20ac100 snack credit prize draws will take place on the first Tuesday of every month among those who joined the campaign last month. The grand prize, a trip to Vietnam, will be drawn between 31.01.2026 and 07.02.2026.<\/li>\n
    10. The grand prize trip to Vietnam is scheduled for March 2026. The organizer has the right to change the dates of the trip period in agreement with the winner, provided that the change does not reduce the content or value of the prize.<\/li>\n
    11. To receive Ellyt products and use the snack credit, the winner will be sent a unique code via email, which can be used once in the Organizer's online store www.Ellyt.shop.
      \nIf the order amount for the snack credit prize exceeds \u20ac100, the Winner will pay the excess amount when placing the order. The Organizer will contact the Grand Prize Winner via email and personally agree on all travel-related details.<\/li>\n
    12. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or substituted for any other item.<\/li>\n
    13. Winners will be notified via the email address provided during campaign registration. The winners' first name and first letter of their last name will also be visible on the Ellyt campaign terms and conditions page until 28.02.2026.<\/li>\n
    14. The delivery of prizes will be made by agreement between the winner and the Campaign Organizer. In order to redeem the prize, the winners must present the Organizer with a purchase receipt for Ellyt products or an e-shop order confirmation code.<\/li>\n
    15. The procedure for conducting the Campaign is established by the Campaign Organizer in these terms and conditions. All decisions of the Campaign Organizer regarding the conduct of the Campaign are final and binding on all participants in the Campaign.<\/li>\n
    16. By participating in the campaign, the campaign participant agrees to the processing of their personal data within the framework of the campaign. The campaign organizer will process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.<\/li>\n

The winner of the Vietnam trip agrees that the Organizer may take photos and videos of him\/her during the trip and use them for marketing purposes (including on the website and social media) without additional payment and time limit, in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.<\/li>\n
    18. The winner of the trip is required to take out valid health insurance at their own expense before the trip. The organizer is not responsible for any accidents, health injuries, property damage or other unforeseen events that may occur during the trip.<\/li>\n
