Who is Ellyt?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

\"Ellyt<\/a>Our story began 16 years ago when founder Ellyt Talv asked one simple question: \u201eWhy aren\u2019t there clean, simple, and delicious snacks?\u201d
\nThere were many snacks on the market that were labeled as healthy, but in reality they contained added sugars, fillers, or hidden ingredients.
\nWe realized that if we want change, we have to implement it ourselves \u2014 and that's how Ellyt was born.<\/p>\n

Our dried fruit and vegetable snacks are the result of practical agriculture, science-based product development, and international collaboration.
\nA clear goal, strong collaboration, and over 20 years of experience in the food industry help us ensure that when it says mango on the package, it is mango \u2014 not a flavoring or a mixed product.<\/p>\n

Where does the raw material come from?<\/h3>\n

In order to preserve the natural taste and nutritional value of fruits, we have created a strong cooperation network based on long-term partnerships, quality control and transparency.<\/p>\n

We cooperate with Estonian berry farms as well as growers in Vietnam, Thailand and Italy, and have moved a large part of our production as close to the farms as possible.<\/p>\n

All this to ensure maximum freshness and ripeness of the fruit before packaging.<\/p>\n

What makes our snacks a healthier choice?<\/h3>\n

For us, healthiness and quality are not just slogans, but the result of a controllable and measurable approach.
\nOur product development and testing are science-based and conducted in laboratory conditions.
\nAll of our recipes are based on real fruit and we don't use hidden sugar sources or unnecessary additives.
\nWhen drying fruit, we use low-temperature technologies that help to better preserve vitamins and fiber.
\nAll production stages, from the farm to packaging and delivery, meet international quality standards.<\/p>\n

Today, our dried fruit and vegetable snacks are represented in more than 1,500 stores in the Baltics, Finland and Scandinavia.
\nNext, we plan to expand into new markets \u2014 the USA, South Korea, Japan, and Germany \u2014 so that more and more people can enjoy delicious snacks without sacrificing health.<\/p>\n
