The prestigious food and beverage fair Foodex took place in Tokyo, Japan, from March 11 to 14, where, in cooperation with the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Foundation (EIS<\/a>) we exhibited our products together with 10 Estonian companies.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At the Estonian joint stand at Foodex<\/a> We participated together with the companies A. Le Coq, Artisan Honey, Astelpaju Eksport, Balsnack, EBM Grupp, Junimperium Distillery, MULL Drinks, P\u00f5hjala, Revala and Saku \u00d5lletehas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Foodex, which is being held for the 50th time this year, is considered the food industry's gateway to Asia, especially Japan. The Estonian joint stand featured both companies that have already broken into the market and those that are still looking for a breakthrough. For the first time, we, the MySnack team, were also present at Foodex, hoping to make important contacts, learn about the local market, and introduce our healthy snacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MySnack for the Japanese market <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our MySnack team was very excited to attend the Foodex Japan 2025 food fair in Japan! We went there with the desire to make important contacts, get to know the local market and introduce our healthy snacks. The fair turned out to be a success and gave us a great opportunity to meet local grocers, entrepreneurs and distributors. We also added an international dimension to our experience when we were welcomed by both the Estonian Ambassador and the Finnish Embassy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Valuable contacts and business offers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The fair lasted several days and although there were fewer visitors than in previous years, we gained valuable contacts and promising business offers. A total of 72,151 people visited the fair over the four days. Our main goal was to introduce our products to industry professionals and enjoy the real synergy of the fair with other cool Estonian companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Successful sales and positive experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A special surprise on the last day of the fair \u2013 we managed to successfully sell the remaining products through a local Amazon-like sales platform!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
