Our dried pineapples contain a lot of fiber because, thanks to special technology, we do not cut out the core, but rather dry it at a low temperature, leaving it juicy and pleasantly soft like the entire pulp.
Did you know that a large part of the fiber in a pineapple is found in its core? It is removed from pineapples that are heated using a rapid method and at high temperatures to produce pulp from lower-quality pineapples.
Pineapple has been attributed with many beneficial health effects, for example, it is associated with supporting digestion, strengthening immunity, and fighting disease.
