Who is Ellyt?
Our story began 16 years ago when founder Ellyt Talv asked one simple question: „Why aren’t there clean, simple, and delicious snacks?”
There were many snacks on the market that were labeled as healthy, but in reality they contained added sugars, fillers, or hidden ingredients.
We realized that if we want change, we have to implement it ourselves — and that's how Ellyt was born.
Our dried fruit and vegetable snacks are the result of practical agriculture, science-based product development, and international collaboration.
A clear goal, strong collaboration, and over 20 years of experience in the food industry help us ensure that when it says mango on the package, it is mango — not a flavoring or a mixed product.
Where does the raw material come from?
In order to preserve the natural taste and nutritional value of fruits, we have created a strong cooperation network based on long-term partnerships, quality control and transparency.
We cooperate with Estonian berry farms as well as growers in Vietnam, Thailand and Italy, and have moved a large part of our production as close to the farms as possible.
All this to ensure maximum freshness and ripeness of the fruit before packaging.
