FOODEX JAPAN 2026: 114K-Follower Japanese Creator Experiences Ellyt
Following our previous introduction, we also had the opportunity to welcome another Japanese influencer to the Ellyt booth at FOODEX JAPAN 2026.
This time, we would like to introduce Okanori (@okanori.desu), a Tokyo-based food creator known for his energetic “binge eating” content and honest reactions.
With over 114,000 followers on Instagram, as well as a strong presence on TikTok and YouTube, his content focuses on real eating experiences and straightforward opinions.
When he tried Ellyt brand snacks, one very important keyword stood out in his feedback - balance.
After trying Ellyt’s snacks at the booth, he shared:
“The green pea snack was light and easy to eat, but still had a rich flavor. It felt like something I could enjoy without guilt.
The mango also had a natural sweetness and was very delicious.
Both felt like snacks that are gentle on the body, and I liked them very much.”
What stood out in his feedback was the balance.
Light, but still satisfying.
Easy to eat, but still enjoyable.
This kind of reaction is important, especially in a category where “healthy” products are often expected to compromise on taste.
His comments reflect how the products are experienced in a very straightforward way. The combination of flavor, texture, and overall feel made the products easy to enjoy without overthinking.
Through interactions like this, we continue to better understand how Ellyt’s products are experienced in the Japanese market. There were no detailed questions or long explanations. Just a natural reaction, trying, enjoying, and reaching for another bite.
From this interaction, a few things became clear:
- the products feel easy to enjoy in a casual setting
- the balance between taste and lightness works naturally
- the “guilt-free” aspect is felt.
Just like that honest and unfiltered reaction provides the best insight into how products fit into people's everyday lives and how they are naturally received.
