Jackfruit is Asia's largest fruit, with a sweet flesh reminiscent of a banana and a pineapple. We use 315 g of ripe jackfruit for one bar — a convenient snack on a busy work or school day.

All of our fruit bars are handcrafted on or near our farms — from peeling to shaping to packaging. There’s not a single gram of concentrate or unnecessary additives in the bar: just ripe fruit that’s gently dried to preserve its flavor and texture. This way, we don’t have to transport half-picked fruit around the world, and you get fruit that has been fully ripened on the tree.

• Our fruit may naturally darken over time in the packaging. We only add the necessary amount of sulfites (0.01%) to keep the fruit fresh and prevent mold growth.
