99% papaya fruit bar 30g

For the papaya bar, we peel and shape by hand 200 g of fully ripe papaya — a fruit that is honey-sweet in itself.

All of our fruit bars are handcrafted on or near our farms — from peeling to shaping to packaging. There’s not a single gram of concentrate or unnecessary additives in the bar: just ripe fruit that’s gently dried to preserve its flavor and texture. This way, we don’t have to transport half-picked fruit around the world, and you get fruit that has been fully ripened on the tree.

• Source of fiber: 1.1 g per bar, or 3.91% of the daily value (28 g)
• Gluten-free, suitable for vegans
• We add minimal cane sugar to ensure the texture and shelf life of the bar (only 1.5 g per bar)
• Naturally sweet, containing naturally occurring fruit sugar
• Our fruit may naturally darken over time in the packaging. We only add the necessary amount of sulfites (0.01%) to keep the fruit fresh and prevent mold growth.

Ingredients: papaya 95%, cane sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: sodium disulfite. Contains sulfites.
