Jackfruit is Asia's largest fruit — a single fruit can weigh dozens of kilos, and peeling it is a craft in itself. Our jackfruit is vacuum-dried, which preserves the fruit's sweet flavor, texture, and golden color.

• No added sugar — naturally sweet, containing naturally occurring fruit sugar

• Our fruit may naturally darken over time in the packaging. We only add the necessary amount of sulfites (0.01%) to keep the fruit fresh and prevent mold growth.
