Papaya is picked at our partner farms when it is fully ripe — just when the fruit is honey-sweet and soft. Gentle drying at low temperatures preserves the papaya's warm flavor and beautiful orange hue.

• High fiber content: 9.2 g per pack, or 331% of the daily recommended intake (28 g)
• We only add minimal cane sugar — the sweetness comes from the fruit itself

• Our fruit may naturally darken over time in the packaging. We only add the necessary amount of sulfites (0.01%) to keep the fruit fresh and prevent mold growth.
